The town of Oakland will hold Utility Day for residents and businesses in Western Maryland from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday in the Oakland Armory, Eighth and High streets, Oakland. KFD Media has signed Twin Lakes Brewery LLC to its client roster. The Ellicott City agency will handle promotional and marketing for the Greenville, Del., brewery's new stout beer product.

InfoSpherix Inc., based in Beltsville, was awarded a four-year, $4.4 million contract to continue operating the central reservations system for the Indiana State Parks.
