REGINA F. SAMPSON of Ocean View, DE, formerly of Floyd, VA and New Port Richey, FL, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2006 at Green Valley Terrace, Millsboro, DE. She was 82. Mrs. Sampson was born April 3, 1924 in Baltimore, MD. She was predeceased by her parents, Edgar and Gertrude (Landrkin) Mc Grane. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Frank H. Sampson, two daughters, Janet Smith and her husband Lew of Frankford and Jennifer Sampson, three grandchildren, Kerry Meadows, Tracey Hankins and Michael Smith of Bel Air, MD. Arrangements by Melson Funeral Services of Ocean View, DE. Services and burial will be private. The family suggests memorial contributions in Mrs. Sampson's name to Compassionate Care Hospice, 201 B. Du Pont Hwy., Millsboro, DE 19966.
