WILLIAM H. FLATER, 88, of Belleair, died Thursday, February 9, 2006 at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL. He was born in Reisterstown, MD and moved to Florida in 1977 from Baltimore, where he was the construction supervisor for Baltimore Gas & Electric for 45 years. He was a member of Randallstown Presbyterian Church in Randallstown, MD, a member of the Belleair Country Club, Egypt Temple Shrine in Tampa and F&AM; Palestine Lodge #189 in Baltimore. He is survived by his son Gary Worthington Flater of Reisterstown, MD; his daughter Suzanne Shipley Flater of Edgewood, MD and his granddaughter Abigail Worthington Flater of Reisterstown, MD. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, February 13, 2006 at Moss-Feaster F.H., Largo, FL 727-562-2080. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 12502 North Pine Dr., Tampa, FL 33612-9499.
