What now? -- The Capitals are coming off a 5-3 loss to the Islanders on Tuesday minus their star rookie Alexander Ovechkin, who is tied for second in the NHL with 34 goals. Ovechkin has been dealing with a strained groin, but is expected to return for tonight's game against the reeling Maple Leafs. Ovechkin was recently named the league's Offensive Player of the Month and Rookie of the Month for January. It's the first time in more than 10 years that a player has won both awards in the same month. Super Bowl Trail Run

What now? -- Before you hit that Super Bowl party, you can do your best Jerome Bettis imitation by participating in the Super Bowl Trail Race. Race day registration, which costs $6, begins at 8:15. The race will be 5 or 10 miles. There is a 5-mile loop. You can run it twice if you're feeling adventurous.
