Arrest: Chavis Barber, no fixed address, was arrested Sunday in Rock Hill, S.C., by local police and officers from Baltimore's Warrant Apprehension Task Force on two counts of attempted murder in the shooting of two people in Clifton Park on April 12. Barber, 18, is accused of shooting Tavon Crawford, 22, and Jacqueline Ross, 40, in the 2700 block of St. Lo Drive.
Assault: Michele Hallstead, 39, was arrested Saturday and charged with assaulting her boyfriend in their home in the 500 block of Baltic Ave. -- accused of throwing lighter fluid on him and igniting it. The victim, 36, refused medical treatment for minor burns to the arms.
Robbery: A 10-year-old boy was riding his bicycle in the 900 block of S. Carey St. about 7:15 p.m. Sunday when an older youth, about 17, knocked him to the pavement and stole the bike. The victim was not injured.
Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 2000 block of Ramsey St. on Sunday by moving a window air conditioner and stole three DVD players, a TV and a DVD -- all valued at $1,110.
Shooting: Someone fired several shots through a window of a house in the 1900 block of W. Lexington St. about 3 a.m. Friday and hit Floyd Harp, 28. He was in serious condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
Stolen vehicle: A green 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier with a Washington dealer tag was stolen Sunday in the 200 block of N. Carey St.
Robbery: A 40-year-old woman was walking in an alley in the 400 block of N. Kenwood Ave. about 2 a.m. Sunday when she was stopped by two men, struck in the face and robbed of her cell phone. She was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital for minor injuries.
Burglary: A laptop computer valued at $1,500 was stolen Saturday from a house in the 700 block of S. Conkling St.
Burglary: A man entered a house in the 2400 block of Keyworth Ave. early Saturday after cutting a window screen and removed $175 from a purse.
North Point Precinct
Arrest: Officer Jason Cox of the Maryland Transportation Authority Police stopped a 1995 Cadillac for a tag violation on northbound Interstate 695 near the Key Bridge about 4 p.m. Sunday, became suspicious of the driver's behavior and summoned a drug-sniffing dog. Found in the car was a small amount of marijuana and crack cocaine. Charged with drug possession was Curtis McNair, 26, of the 1900 block of Searles Road in Dundalk.
White Marsh Precinct
Robbery: A teenage boy and a girl were walking along Arnhem Road about 11:30 p.m. Saturday when three older males, one with a handgun, robbed them of their cell phones and $10.
Robbery/arrests: A 14-year-old girl was walking near Wooden Bridge Court about 6:15 p.m. Saturday when two girls stepped from woods, knocked her down and stole her purse. Soon after, police arrested two suspects and charged them as juveniles. The purse was recovered.
Burglary: A 20-inch bicycle was stolen Sunday from the rear yard of a house in the 900 block of Arncliff Road.
