Police seek information on 4 men in May robbery

Baltimore County police are asking for the public's help in identifying four men involved in an armed robbery at the McDonald's in the 12000 block of Reisterstown Road on May 12.

Witnesses told officers that two men walked behind the counter at the Reisterstown restaurant and told the manager to open the safe. One man threatened the manager with a black handgun, demanded access to the drive-through register, opened the drawer and took money, police said.

The two ran toward the front of the restaurant and left with two others, police said. They were last seen running behind the building.

Police were called just after 9 p.m.

The man holding the gun was described as being about 30 and of medium build and wearing a blue and white jersey, black hat and blue jeans. A second man also appeared to be about 30 and was wearing a white T-shirt, red stocking cap and blue jeans. The third man was wearing all black clothing and a military-style black hat and the fourth a gray sweat suit, white T-shirt and white stocking cap, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call county police at 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 866-7-LOCKUP. Callers can remain anonymous. Those who call Metro Crime Stoppers may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
