Students to open time capsule

A group of students from Francis Scott Key High School will open a time capsule at Runnymede Elementary School between 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. today.

The students will gather to dig up the time capsule they buried nine years ago as third-graders at Runnymede, 3000 Langdon Drive, outside Taneytown.

About 25 students were in the class.
