On June 11, 2005, CECILE HARRINGTON FOSTER (nee Cecile Bernice Harrington) of Baltimore at Roland Park Place and formerly of Chevy Chase, Maryland. Beloved wife of the late Bernard A. Foster, Jr., dear mother of Bernard A. Foster, III and wife Donna and Carolyn F. Meredith and husband Michael, dear grandmother of Shannon F. Buskirk and husband William, Brett A. Foster, Andrew F. Meredith and wife Anne, Jonathan M. Meredith and wife Eleanor, Matthew D. Meredith and Christopher H. Meredith, and great-grandmother of Anne Cecile Meredith and Brandon Avery Buskirk. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2005, at 11:00 A.M. at the Church of the Redeemer Chapel, 5603 North Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Foundation For Fighting Blindness, 11435 Cronhill Drive, Owings Mills, Maryland 21117.
