Shooting: Damon Hunt, 19, was shot in the right arm during an argument with another man in the 900 block of W. Lombard St. about noon Wednesday. Hunt was treated in the emergency room at University of Maryland Medical Center.
Drug arrests: Officer Morgan Jones was in a covert position in the 3400 block of Hollins Ferry Road about 11 p.m. Wednesday when he observed suspected drug activity among two men and a woman outside a car. Arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana with intent to distribute were Titus Green, 21, and Myron Morman, 22, both of the 2700 block of Rittenhouse Road, and Latoya Smith, 20, of the 2900 block of Lakebrook Circle. Seized were $216 in cash and plastic bags with cocaine and marijuana valued at $400.
Burglary: A laptop computer, digital camera, and Palm Pilot - all valued at $1,500 - were stolen Wednesday from a house in the first block of E. Ostend St. by someone who entered through a rear door.
Theft from vehicle: Power and hand tools were stolen Wednesday from a 1994 Ford Ranger parked in the 100 block of W. Heath St.
Burglary: Someone broke into the Eagle's Nest bar in the 4800 block of Curtis Ave. Wednesday, and stole at least $500 in alcoholic beverages and an undisclosed sum from at least two poker machines.
Shooting: Dion Devaughn, 24, was sitting on the steps of a house in the 2500 block of E. Fayette St. early Wednesday when a man demanded money. Devaughn said he had none, and the man hit him in the face with a handgun. It discharged and sent a bullet into the victim's left ear. He was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Robbery: Michael Turner and Renard Busby were walking across the parking lot at Mondawmin Mall about 8 p.m. Wednesday when a gunman wearing an Army field jacket robbed them of $165.
Stolen vehicle: A white 1995 Dodge Neon with tags MEG 842 was stolen Wednesday in the 3300 block of Reisterstown Road.
Robbery: A man armed with a knife robbed Preserving Memories in the 7700 block of Belair Road of $131 Wednesday.
Burglary: Someone broke into a house in the 8100 block of Scotts Level Road Wednesday and stole food from the kitchen.
