Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Shooting: A man dressed in black shot two men, ages 37 and 38, in the hands in the 1100 block of W. Fayette St. about 5 p.m. Saturday. The victims were treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Eastern District

Stolen vehicle/arrests: Three 13-year-olds were arrested after a police chase of a stolen vehicle ended in a crash at Milton Avenue and Preston Street about 7:30 p.m. Saturday. The three were in a 1998 Dodge Stratus that had been stolen about a half-hour earlier in Northeast Baltimore. The car hit two other vehicles that were stopped in traffic, causing minor injuries.

Shooting: An 18-year-old man was shot once in the back outside a bar in the 2300 block of Homewood Ave. about 11 p.m. Saturday by an unknown assailant. The victim, who resides in 3700 block of Reisterstown Road, was being treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Southeastern District

Burglary: A DVD player, video game consoles and other electronics were stolen from a house in the 200 block of S. Robinson St. sometime Saturday. The rear door had been forced open.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Stolen vehicle: A 1998 silver Dodge Neon was stolen from the 3700 block of Nauset Place in Randallstown sometime Saturday. The owner discovered it was gone at 10:30 p.m.
