Additional murder charges filed against two men arrested last week

THE BALTIMORE SUN

Two men arrested last week in an execution-style double killing have been charged with an additional murder, police announced yesterday. And one of the men has been charged in another killing the same day as the double homicide.

Detectives said all four slayings appeared to have started as efforts to steal drugs and money.

Antoine Edward Adams, 32, of the 500 block of N. Patterson Park Ave. and Richard Alexander Damon Jr., 35, of the 5600 block of Force Road have been charged with a Jan. 14 killing. Adams is also charged with another killing Thursday, the day of the double slaying.

In the Jan. 14 homicide, Justin Gaglione, 29, was fatally shot in the 300 block of E. 20 1/2 St., police said. On Thursday, Teresa Moore, 51, and Michael Joseph Mick, 40, were shot in the head about 6 a.m. inside their home in the 800 block of Bradford St. Adams is charged with another killing an hour and a half later. Penelope Medina, 42, was shot in the head and found about 7:30 a.m. in the 2100 block of E. Fayette St.

Police said Adams and Damon were arrested Thursday as they were committing an $85 street robbery in the Patterson Park neighborhood.

The gun found on Adams at the scene was linked to the other killings, detectives said.
