On Thursday, December 30, 2004, ANN CORRINE STEWART, devoted mother and nurse, dies at age 67 in Acworth, Georgia after an extended illness. A resident of Oxford, MD, Ann dedicated her entire life to her three children and four grand children. Ann graduated from Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing in West Baltimore in 1958. She served in numerous nursing positions including geriatrics, home health and psych nursing. Ann is survived by her mother, Ethel "Goldie Cook", Denton; daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Craig Closs of Acworth, GA; sons, Michael Stewart of Princess Anne, MD, Rue Stewart of Baltimore, MD, and her four precious grandchildren, Matthew, Jenna, Nicole and Madeline. Ann was a dedicated Christian, steadfast in her faith and a prayer warrior for her family and friends. Ann's legacy is love and she will be greatly missed. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at 1 P.M. in Oxford, MD at the Oxford United Methodist Church.
