Dulaney's wrestling team improved to 8-1 in dual meets this season, taking a 50-30 victory from host Kenwood yesterday that included pins in six of nine bouts the Lions won.
Dulaney's James Knox, the defending Class 4A-3A state champion at 125 pounds, needed 3:39 to pin his opponent and improve to 9-0.
The Lions' Matt Jacobs also moved to 9-0, getting a fall in 5:27 at 130 pounds.
Mason Krumholtz, the defending 4A-3A champion at 152 pounds, led Kenwood with a 59-second pin.
Elkton 67, Joppatowne 65: The visiting Golden Elks (2-2) Escaped with a victory over the Mariners (3-2) as Jeff Pettiway's three-point shot at the buzzer rimmed out.
Ryan Kozlowski had a game-high 22 points for Elkton while Pettiway scored 16 to lead Joppatowne. The Mariners' Will Ross added a double double with 16 points and 13 rebounds.
Lewis 68, Digital Harbor 64: Brandon Day stole a crosscourt pass with 20 seconds left, then set up Justin Holman for a layup seconds later to put the game away for the host Falcons (1-2).
Darryl Henderson finished with 17 points and 11 assists for Lewis, and Day finished with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
Lutheran 62, Friends 42: Paul Foelber had 15 points and was 2-for-3 from three-point range to lead the host Saints (3-2) of the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association C Conference to the victory over the B Conference Quakers.
Will Harrington had 17 points in the loss for Friends.
Rambam 56, Cardin 14: Rachel Kelman had 14 points to lead the visiting Red Storm to its first victory in five games this season. Rambam held Cardin scoreless in the first half.
Park 39, Key 30: Claire Ellwanger finished with 12 points to lead the host Bruins (4-1) over the Obezags.
Ellwanger hit two three-pointers in a row with about four minutes left in the fourth quarter to seal the game for Park.
