Startt and Ruth S. Startt. Also survived by many nices and nephews Relatives and friends are invited to call at Loring Byers Funeral Directors, Inc., 8728 Liberty Road (2 miles west of Beltway exit 18-B) on Thursday, December 16, 2004 at 12 noon. Funeral services will follow at 1 P.M. Interment will be at the Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Maryland Eye Bank or Pickers Gill Retirement Benevolent Care Fund.
