The Bears (3-3, 1-1) took a 70-67 lead with 36 seconds to go before Moore was fouled and made the game-tying three and game-winning foul shot.
Frostburg State 72, Salisbury 67: Brian Owen scored a game-high 24 points, including all four of his free throws in the final 19 seconds, to lead the Bobcats (4-3) over the host Sea Gulls (4-4). Frostburg trailed by as many as eight midway through the second half before rallying.
Dickinson 85, McDaniel 69: Matt Keys set a Dickinson record with eight three-pointers and finished with 29 points to carry the host Red Devils (4-2, 2-0 Centennial) past the Green Terror (1-5, 0-3).
