Shares of the armored-truck and home security company rose 6 cents to $26.47 after the company said it had a $2.1 million charge in the second quarter to cover an overseas unit's failure to pay duties and taxes. Losses for penalties could reach as much as $50 million related to unpaid customs duties, the company said. Earlier, this month, it said it might face $85 million in penalties.
