Trains and stuff

Get your caboose in gear and choo-choo cha-choo down to the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium this weekend for Greenberg's Train, Toy and Hobby Show, a two-day exhibition devoted to model and toy trains, collectible toys and other hobbies. You'll find train layouts, demonstrations and seminars on layouts, and you can shop for scenery supplies, train accessories and train parts. Kids, or rather, "young conductors," can find everything they need to get their first train sets rolling.

Greenberg's Train, Toy and Hobby Show runs 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, 2200 York Road, Timonium. Adult admission $7 (good for both days); children ages 11 and under are free. For more information, visit
