Robbery try/arrests: Two men and a woman were arrested early Sunday, shortly after the attempted robbery of a man who was stabbed in the back with a knife when he resisted. The victim, 20, of the 3200 block of E. Pratt St. was walking in the 4600 block of Eastern Ave. about 3 a.m. when the men demanded money. When the victim resisted, he was knocked to the ground and stabbed. The pair fled without any money and were seen getting into a Ford Expedition driven by a woman. A few blocks away at Eastern Avenue and Bayview Boulevard, Officers Andrew Staib and Mark Frank stopped the vehicle and arrested the occupants. In the vehicle was the woman's infant daughter, said Lt. David Reitz. Charged with attempted armed robbery and assault were Teon Ware, 28, of the 300 block of S. Oldham St.; James Dick, 28, of the 400 block of Gusryan St.; and Lisa Tusing, 30, of the first block of Ambo Circle in Essex. The victim was released after hospital treatment.
Robbery: A 31-year-old Southeast Baltimore man was walking in the 4600 block of Gough St. late Saturday when a man armed with a butterfly-style knife robbed him of his wallet containing $60. The victim was cut on the right hand, but refused medical treatment.
Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 3800 block of W. Cold Spring Lane with a key Saturday morning and stole an air conditioner.
Theft: A man stole 10 containers of headache medication from CVS Pharmacy in the 5500 block of Park Heights Ave. about 5 p.m. Sunday.
Robbery try: A 44-year-old man was about to empty trash outside his home in the 3700 block of Fallstaff Road about 10 p.m. Saturday when a gunman demanded money. Instead of complying, the victim struck the gunman with a bag of trash, prompting him to flee.
Robbery: An employee of Winter's Trucking Services in the 3700 block of Pennington Ave. was working on a company truck about 7 p.m. Saturday when three males approached and asked for a cigarette. When the employee said he had none and told the three to get off the property, one hit him and another stole his cell phone.
Theft: Garments valued at $7,210 were stolen Sunday afternoon from Kendall's Clothing in the 400 block of W. Lee St.
White Marsh Precinct
Assault/arrest: A man, 38, and a woman, 36, were arguing outside their room at the Regal Inn Motel in the 8000 block of Pulaski Highway about 4 p.m. Sunday about the man borrowing her van without permission when the woman struck him with her fists, kicked him and struck him with a chisel. Arrested and charged with first-degree assault was Amy W. Tasker.
Theft: A female employee of Tilt Arcade in White Marsh Mall was playing a video game about 7:40 p.m. Saturday when someone stole the purse she had placed atop the machine. It contained $238 in cash and property.
Burglary: Someone broke into Johnnycake Elementary School over the weekend. It was not known if anything was stolen.
Burglary: A checkbook, several pieces of jewelry and a watch - all valued at $2,600 - were stolen over the weekend from a townhouse in the 2600 block of Camberwell Court. Entry was through a second-floor window.
Burglary: Video games valued at $230 were stolen Saturday from a house in the first block of Flaxton Court. Entry was through a rear patio door.
