Kordon is art director for Beacon & Fey

Beacon & Fey LLC announced that Tracy V. Kordon has joined the Towson-based agency as senior art director. She will have responsibility for the management of all creative projects. Formerly with Marriner Marketing Communications, the University of Maryland, College Park graduate also attended the Maryland Institute College of Art and the Art Center College of Art.

Columbia Bank appoints Tandy Morgan a senior VP

The Columbia Bank appointed Tandy J. Morgan as senior vice president, controller. She will supervise various financial operations and reporting functions for the Howard County financial institution.

A graduate of Towson University, the Pasadena resident is a certified public accountant and was formerly with Loyola Federal Savings Bank.

1st Mariner names Taylor a senior VP

1st Mariner Bank has chosen Mary Jo Taylor as senior vice president of the Baltimore-based bank's commercial real estate division.

Formerly with Chesapeake Bank of Maryland, the Timonium resident is active with the Sacred Heart Mission Helpers, the Risk Management Association and the Women Entrepreneurs.

Hehir joins SunTrust's commercial division

SunTrust Bank, Maryland announced that John E. Hehir has joined the regional bank as a vice president in its commercial division. The Homeland resident was formerly with Lasalle National Bank and is a graduate of Loyola College; he earned a graduate degree at the London Business School.

Bennett, Erickson join Trans Healthcare

Trans Healthcare Inc. announced the appointments of W. Bradley Bennett as president and chief executive officer and Thomas W. Erickson as chairman of the board of directors of the Sparks-headquartered national operator of long term care facilities.

Bennett, formerly with Integrated Health Services Inc., has served as the company's executive vice president and chief financial officer since September 2003. A graduate of Loyola College, he is also a certified public accountant.

Erickson is also the chairman of the board and interim chief executive officer of LifeCare Hospitals Inc. and has earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
