'The Art Connection'
Creative enrichment is the focus of the Maryland Institute College of Art's new show, The Art Connection.
The multiartist exhibit features a number of works by accomplished MICA alumni that will be donated to the permanent collections of local non-profit and public organizations after the display comes down.
The Art Connection will remain on view through June 27 in the school's Pinkard Gallery.

Ellicott City's Gallery 44 presents The Times of Our Lives, a photographic exhibit of works from The New York Times photo archives.
Opening tomorrow, the show will feature images created by renowned photographers, including Alfred Stieglitz and Berenice Abbott.
The Times of Our Lives runs through July 7.
