Daddio named fitness director at Columbia center
Matt Daddio has been named fitness director of Synergy-The Future of Fitness for Women of Columbia.
Daddio, who has a degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland, will manage the facility's personal training department and continue to serve clients as a personal trainer.
Roberts recognized by women's network
Beverly Roberts of Roberts Organizational Services Inc. has been named a "Woman Who Has Arrived" for 2004 by the Business Women's Network of Howard County.
Roberts' company, ROS Inc., specializes in records and information-management services to county and municipal governments, large businesses, and small and home-based businesses.
Columbia lawyer honored for teaching at college
Steven L. Tiedemann, a lawyer with the Columbia-based firm Coover & Barr LLC, was named "Teacher of the Year" for 2004 at Mount St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg.
Tiedemann practices law full time and teaches evening classes in business and law at the college.
