Ottawa 3, Richmond 1: Left fielder Pedro Swann homered and drove in two for the visiting Lynx (20-34). Brian Forystek gave up one run in six innings to earn the victory. Trey Hodges took the loss for the Braves (24-26).

Double-A Eastern League

Bowie 5, Altoona 3: Jose Morban homered and Thomas Jacquez got the victory as the host Baysox (31-21) beat the Curve (27-25). Bowie moved into a tie for first place in the South Division with Erie (30-20), which lost to Akron, 5-4.

Single-A Carolina League

Kinston 4, Frederick 3, 12 innings

Single-A South Atlantic League

Hagerstown 7, Delmarva 6: With Hagerstown trailing 6-5 with two outs in the ninth, two runs scored when Nate Schierholtz reached on an error, lifting the host Suns (24-28) over the Shorebirds (23-29). Schierholtz went 2-for-6 with a double and five RBIs.
