Shooting: Isaac Rosenberg, a homeless 47-year-old, was leaving a light rail train in the 1200 block of Mount Royal Ave. about 3 p.m. yesterday when two of four teen-age boys he had argued with aboard the train shot him several times in the neck with high-powered pellet pistols. Witnesses gave police descriptions of the youths, who were arrested nearby. Seized from the youths were two pellet pistols and several pellets. Rosenberg was listed in good condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The boys - ages 13 to 17 - were charged as juveniles with aggravated assault.
Arrests: Two men charged in warrants with shooting Marcus Stanley, 18, of Richmond, Va., seven times in the 3600 block of Reisterstown Road on April 2 were arrested Wednesday within six hours of each other and a block from the shooting scene by the Warrant Apprehension Task Force. Charged with attempted murder were Juan Thomas, 20, of the 3800 block of Park Heights Ave., and Darris McFarr, 19, of the 1800 block of N. Dukeland St.
Theft: Scrap iron fencing given by the city to the Barre Circle Community Association and valued at $3,000 was stolen Wednesday from a storage area in the 1000 block of W. Barre St.
Robbery: A 32-year-old from Essex was in the men's room at the Baltimore Travel Plaza in the 5600 block of O'Donnell St. about 10 p.m. Wednesday when a man armed with a knife robbed him of $9.
Robbery: A woman, 63, was sitting in a car parked at a gas station in the 10800 block of Pulaski Highway about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday when a man snatched $20 from her hand.
Robbery: Two men forced their way into a house in the 2500 block of Hal Circle through the front door about 7 a.m. Wednesday, assaulted a 48-year-old woman and robbed her of jewelry, credit cards and $500.
