FILLIPPA FRANCES Di TONNO, age 88, died Sunday, May 9, 2004 at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna Fornieri. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel J. Di Tonno in 1989, a son Dandy Di Tonno in 1957, two brothers, Serafino Fornieri and Christopher Fornieri, and a sister Agatha Fornieri. She is survived by a son, Thomas Di Tonno and his fiancee, Mary Gibbons of Bel Air, MD, a granddaughter, April Di Tonno-Kenney and her husband Brian, two sisters, Josie and Sadie, numerous nieces and nephews and special friends, George Joynes and Libby and April Davis. Mrs. Di Tonno was a riviter in the Air Force during WWII. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, at 1:00 PM at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Baltimore. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Atlantic General Hospital, 9733 Healthway Dr. Berlin, MD 21811. Arrangements are being handled by the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin.
