JOSEPH LANSING HEADLEY, JR., of Federalsburg departed this life at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford, DE on Tuesday, April 20, 2004. He was 18 years old. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on February 17, 1986 the son of Joseph Lansing Headley, Sr. and Barbara Fitzpatrick Headley and brother of Christopher M. Headley and Amanda E. Headley all of Federalsburg. He was a junior at Colonel Richardson High School and was a member of the Class of 2005. He was a student in the carpentry program at the Caroline Career and Technology Center. In addition to his parents and siblings he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Cornelius M. and Mary Lou Klock Fitzpatrick of Federalsburg, and paternal grandparents, Daniel L. Headley, Sr. and Annette M. Hughes Headley of Bradshaw, MD. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, April 25, 2004 at 3 P.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Preston, MD with Rev. Neil Andersen officiating. Interment will follow at Junior Order Cemetery in Preston. Friends may call at the Frampton Funeral Home in Federalsburg on Saturday evening from 7 to 9 P.M.
