On February 19, 2004, OTIS C. SR. beloved husband of Vernell Thomas; devoted father of Otis Jr., Marvin, Charles and Robin Thomas; also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one brother Sam, two daughter-in-laws, Vanessa and Bonnie, a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may call at the CHATMAN-HARRIS FUNERAL HOME, 5240 Reisterstown Rd., Thursday 12 noon to 8 P.M. The family will receive friends at the above chapel Friday 11 A.M. Funeral Services will begin 11:30 A.M. Interment Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
