On February 9, 2004, PRICE ROBINSON, JR., a WWII Veteran, served with the 82nd Airborn and long time Hampden merchant operating Robinsons Furniture Store on 36th Street for 25 years and most recently the Hampden Avenue Diner, died at his home in Pasadena, MD. He was 81 years old. He is the beloved husband of Inez R. Robinson and devoted father of Pamela G. Mewshaw, Raymond D. Robinson, Beverly E. Kidd, Sheila I. Robinson, Debra A. Robinson and Rhonda L. Robinson. Also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, brother of Frank R. Robinson, John A. Davis and Lorraine Pickoos. Friends may call at the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, Inc., 3631 Falls Road, on Tuesday, February 17, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Services on Wednesday, February 18, at 10 A.M. Interment in Maryland Veterans Cemetery at Garrison Forest.
