Burglary: A cellular telephone and clothing -- all valued at $285 -- were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1400 block of Madison Ave. Entry was gained through a bathroom window.
Theft from vehicles: Handicap permit cards were stolen Tuesday from two parked vehicles -- one in the 600 block of Park Ave. and the other in a garage in the first block of S. Howard St.
Theft: A laptop computer valued at $1,500 was stolen Tuesday from a vehicle parked in the 700 block of S. Rose St.
Burglary: An 8 mm video camera valued at $300 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 2200 block of Bank St.
Theft from vehicle: Credit cards and a leather jacket were stolen Tuesday from a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire parked in the 1200 block of Bank St.
White Marsh Precinct
Robbery: Robert Wheeler, 19, was walking along Philadelphia Road near Summit Avenue about 7 p.m. Tuesday when he was assaulted by three males who robbed him of cigarettes, a sweat shirt and a hat.
Theft/arrest: A man, 37, from the 4400 block of Wrenwood Ave. in Baltimore, was arrested Tuesday when he tried to leave Wal-Mart in the 6400 block of Petrie Way without paying for stereo equipment valued at $175.
Burglary: A 9 mm Glock handgun with serial number SX872 and a videocassette recorder -- all valued at $700 -- were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 2600 block of Cotter Road. Entry was through a rear kitchen window.
North Point Precinct
Burglary: Between Dec. 25 and Feb. 5, hand and power tools valued at $2,800 were stolen from the basement of a house in the 7000 block of Melbourne Road. The burglary was reported Tuesday.
