Saturday is Valentine's Day, and many Baltimoreans have already made arrangements for the coming celebration of love.

But not everyone is so organized.

If you've waited until the last minute to decide how to spend the night with your sweetie, then we'll help you figure out a plan.

Don't wanna do the same old flowers-and-dinner thing? Never fear, we've got you covered.

Clubs, bars and even a few local wineries have plenty of Cupid-centered events scheduled this weekend, so check out LIVE's list and take your pick.

The Arts

Take in a romantic play Saturday at the Carroll Arts Center.

Love Letters, a production that chronicles one couple's relationship through their correspondence, will be performed at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Tickets for the 2 p.m. matinee are $10 per person.

The 7:30 p.m. show, which costs $20 per person, includes a champagne-and-caviar intermission.

Advance reservations are recommended.

For those who prefer cinema, the Carroll Arts Center offers a screening of the ultra-romantic Italian film Il Postino.

The film, which begins tomorrow at 7 p.m., tells the tragic and poignant story of an exiled poet and his ultimate fan.

Epicurean Delights

The Elk Run Vineyards and Creative Alliance film curator Kristen Anchor present an evening of food and film Saturday at 7 p.m.

During the Vaudeville Valentine event, guests will sample cheese, soups, chocolate, breads and, of course, a variety of wines while viewing Variety, a classic vaudevillian romance.

Anchor will offer comments on the 1925 film at the conclusion of the showing.

Tickets are $35 per person, and advance reservations are required.

Celebrate love, Italian style, at Fiore Winery's San Valentino Italiano dinner.

The Saturday feast, which begins at 6:30 p.m., will include wine and a meal prepared by Ferranti Ristorante.

Music will be provided by the Park House Jam.

Tickets are $45 per person and reservations are required. (Space must be reserved by 10 a.m. tomorrow.)

Sample a variety of sumptuous appetizers and wine this weekend at Boordy Vineyards' Romance After Dark.

Guests can stroll through the winery's candlelit cellar, savoring oysters, champagne and finger foods before heading outside to roast marshmallows under the stars.

Tickets are $60 per person for this event, which runs Friday and Sunday from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Saturday is sold out.

Give your sweetie the royal treatment this weekend at Medieval Times.

Friday through Sunday, feast on a Valentine's Day four-course banquet while the two of you enjoy displays of horsemanship, falconry and swordplay.

Get down to the sounds of the Swingin' Swamis Saturday at the Roots Cafe.

The Baltimore act blends lounge, R&B;, samba and soul to create a sound that's all its own.

Brave the Elements

Strap on some ice skates and show your stuff Saturday at the Baltimore Ice Rink at Harbor Point's Sweetheart Skate.

From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., couples who come out to skate under the stars will receive two-for-one admission.

During the above hours, admission is $5 per couple and skate rental is $3 per person.

Take a walk outside Sunday - a jaunt in cold temperatures will give you the perfect excuse to cuddle up to your honey.

The Mount Vernon Love Stories walking tour, which will be held at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., includes a guided stroll around the picturesque neighborhood.

Tour leader Jamie Hunt will spotlight George Peabody, Edgar Allan Poe and F. Scott Fitzgerald as he regales the crowd with stories of lost love, spoiled marriages and romantic triumph.

The rain-or-shine tour, which begins and ends at the Brass Elephant Restaurant, is free, and no reservations are required.

Bars, clubs and lounges

Singer-songwriter Martin Sexton will croon for the crowd Saturday at the Recher Theatre.

The New York musician, known for his velvety voice, will perform a soulful set after the doors open at 8 p.m.

The fun starts around 8 p.m., and the cover charge is $5.
