On February 8, 2004 MARGARET (MARGE) HIGGINS, of Elkton, MD, beloved wife of the late Bill Higgins; devoted mother of Katherine M. Higgins, Karen A. Rice and her husband Rev. Tony Rice. Also survived by by two grandchildren, Tiffany A. Rice and David J. Rice; five nieces, Joan Hansen, Fredna Vaught, Ruth Jehnert, Rose Blevins, Jacquelyn Reed ad one nephew Neil Block. Services will be held at the family owned McComas Funeral Home, P.A., Bel Air, MD on Thursday, February 12, 2004 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, MD. Friends may call at the Funeral Home in Bel Air on Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m.
