On February 4, 2004, VELMA R. JACOBS, beloved wife of the late Eugene O. Jacobs, loving mother of Judith McGowan, Cheryl Atkins, Jennifer Jacobs, and the late Jacquelyn Simpson, cherished grandmother of Maria Anderson, Nicholas McGowan, III, and Kathleen Sacha. Also survived by five great-granddaughters.Funeral Service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave., on Tuesday, 9 A.M. Interment Maryland Veteran's Cemetery, Garrison Forest. Friends may call Monday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M.
