On January 30, 2004, JEANNE SMITH HORNEY, of Fayetteville, NC and formerly of Baltimore, MD; beloved wife of Charles R. Horney and devoted daughter of the late Charles John and Eulalia Healy Smith. Also survived by sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
