On January 29, 2004, HENRYORTIZ JR., beloved husband of Frances Ortiz (nee Catalano) devoted father of Henry Ortiz III, Ricardo and David Ortiz; dear brother of Gladys Blanch and Michael Ortiz; dear step-brother of George, Richard and Henry Ortiz and Rosalie Holland; dear brother-in-law of Anne Salemi and her husband Sam; loving uncle of Betty and Patrick Blanch.
