On January 22, 2004, in Grand Cayman, WILLIAM ENSOR POORBAUGH II, beloved husband of Gail Christine (nee Chandler); devoted father of William Ensor Poorbaugh III; loving son of William Ensor Sr. and Margaret Donald Poorbaugh; dear brother of Robert Donald Sr. and Craig Fraser Poorbaugh Sr.; son-in-law of Bettie and Warren Chandler; uncle of Robert D. II, Eric D., Craig F. Jr. and Michael E. Poorbaugh. Also survived by many loving family and friends. A Funeral Service will be held in the family owned RUCK TOWSON FUNERAL HOME INC., 1050 York Road (Beltway exit 26A) on Monday at 1 P.M. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
