Ruhl; loving grandmother of Brian, Christopher, Reese and Roger; dear daughter of the late John and Grace Reese; loving mother-in-law of Stephen J. Devlin and loving sister of Jean R. Saufley and John S. Reese. Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday at 12 noon at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, Ritchie Hwy., at Robinson Rd. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society.
