The Carroll County Arts Council has announced its winter classes for all ages beginning later this month.
All classes are for six weeks unless noted. Reservations will be accepted by phone with a major credit card. Registration deadline for programs is Jan. 19.
Painting with Pastels & Acrylics: 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Tuesdays starting Jan. 27. The cost is $68; $63 for members.
Watercolor Techniques: 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Thursdays starting Jan. 29. The cost is $68; $63 for members.
Beyond Drawing Basics: 6:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Tuesdays starting Jan. 27. The cost is $62; $56 for members.
Painting Techniques: 6:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Tuesdays starting Jan. 27. The cost $58; $53 for members.
Basic Collage Jewelry: 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursdays for three weeks starting Feb. 19. The cost is $36; $31 for members.
Art Book in a Box: 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Fridays starting Jan. 30. The cost is $58; $53 for members.
Drawing Basics: Session A, 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. for ages 6 to 8; and Session B, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for ages 9 to 12, both Tuesdays starting Jan. 27. The cost is $48; $43 for members.
Action Sketches: 4:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. Thursdays for ages 7 to 12 starting Jan. 29. The cost is $58; $53 for members.
Mommy & Me Art: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Fridays for ages 3 to 5 with an adult starting Jan. 30. The cost is $48; $43 for members (adult and one child).
Basic 3-D Design: 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Thursdays for ages 9 to 12 starting Jan. 29. The cost is $48; $43 for members.
Comic Creations: Session A, 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. for ages 8 to 11; and Session B, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. for ages 12 and older, both Thursdays starting Jan. 29. The cost is $48; $43 for members.
Little Hands - Big Art!: 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturdays for ages 5 to 7, four sessions starting Jan. 31. The cost is $48; $38 for members.
Pot Luck Arts & Crafts: Session A, 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. for ages 6 to 8; and Session B, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for ages 9 to 12, both Saturdays starting Jan. 31. The cost is $48; $43 for members.
