On January 9, 2004, ANNIE M. PHOEBUS (nee Martin), of Glen Burnie. Devoted wife of the late Victor P. Phoebus, Sr.; beloved mother of David N. Martin, Wanda J. Finneran, Yvonne C. Lewis, Victor P. Phoebus, Jr. and Anne M. Lopez (nee Phoebus) and the late Debra L. Irons; loving grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 16. The family will receive visitors at the Singleton Funeral Home, P.A., 1 Second Avenue S.W. (at Crain Highway), Glen Burnie, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. The funeral ceremony will be held on Monday at 11 A.M. in the funeral home chapel. Interment Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery.
