On January 4, 2004, DECIE PAYTON; beloved sister of Stephanie Watts and Theodore Wilkes, Jr. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held Thursday at St. Matthews United Methodist Church, 101 Avon Beach Road. The family will receive friends 11:30 to 12 noon. Funeral at 12 noon. Entombment King Memorial Park.
