DAVID T. KENDALL, of Altamonte Springs, FL, formerly of Severna Park, MD, passed away Monday, September 29, 2003. He was born March 09, 1933 in Boston, MA, to the late Brig. General Frederick J. Kendall and the late M. Lillian Kendall. He graduated from Heidelberg American High School in Germany, and from Georgetown University, Washington, DC. His career in telecommunications brought him and his family to Central Florida from Maryland in 1970 for Walt Disney World. In addition, he had a long career in Savings & Loan and Real Estate. He was a longtime member of Asbury United Church, served on the Board for Southern Ballet Theatre, and volunteered for Meals on Wheels for Seniors First, Inc. He was a devoted husband, an avid Gator and NASCAR fan, and a person who reflected enthusiasm. He will be remembered for his love for the Florida Keys and for his love of life. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Elizabeth Reed Kendall; brother, John B. Kendall, Winter Park; son, David Reed Kendall, Port Orange; daughter, Kathryn Kendall Jackson, Melbourne; seven grandchildren: David, Jr., Kathryn, Sean, Justin, Jenna, Stephen, Alan; and his best friend, Snowball. There will be a visitation for friends at the Baldwin Fairchild Ivanhoe Chapel, located at 301 N.E. Ivanhoe Blvd., Orlando, FL., 32804, at 10 A.M., on Thursday, October 02, 2003. A funeral service will follow at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Seniors First, Inc., 5935 L.B. McLeod Road, Orlando, FL 32811.
