The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation holds its 16th Annual Benefit Concert for Cystic Fibrosis tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. This year's musical guest is country music star Martina McBride, who released her greatest-hits album in 2001. The event takes place at 1st Mariner Arena, 201 W. Baltimore St. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster and are $20-$55. For more information, call 410-628-0795.

In October, the American Visionary Art Museum opened the exhibit High on Life: Transcending Addiction, which put together about 300 works by trained and untrained artists on the subject of addiction. The powerful show closes Sept. 6, so catch it while you can.
