Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Arrest: Michael Jolin, 37, of the 900 block of Victory Ave. in Brooklyn Park, was arrested Tuesday in a house on Eastern Avenue in Chase, Baltimore County, by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of attempted murder in the shooting Aug. 18 of Ricky Martin, 22, in the 4900 block of Fairhaven Ave.

Burglary: Police were seeking two men, one with a handgun, who entered a house in the 400 block of Freeman St. through a window early Tuesday and removed $1,000 from a safe. One of the men threatened to harm the female occupant's sleeping 1-year-old child.

Burglary: An air conditioner, lawn mower, refrigerator and rug -- all valued at $1,150 -- were stolen Tuesday from a house for sale in the 3800 block of Eighth St.

Theft from vehicle: Clothing, several compact discs and a radio -- all valued at $1,280 -- were stolen Tuesday from a Honda sedan parked in the 1200 block of Marshall St.

Theft from vehicle: Someone broke into a Toyota van parked Tuesday in the 1000 block of Olive St., and stole a laptop computer valued at $1,700.

Eastern District

Arrest: Kavon Graves, 23, of the first block of N. Luzerne Ave. was arrested Tuesday in the 700 block of N. Streeper St. on a warrant charging him with attempted murder in the shooting Aug. 20 of Danielle Williams, 24, in the 700 block of N. Linwood Ave. Several men were shooting at each other about 11 p.m. when a bullet grazed Williams' head. She was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Southeastern District

Burglary: Two handguns, a DVD player and a watch -- valued at more than $500 -- were stolen Tuesday from a house in 900 block of S. Curley St.

Burglary: Someone entered a trailer at the Living Classrooms Foundation in the 800 block of S. Caroline St. Tuesday and stole a bicycle valued at $350.

Theft: A 350-horsepower Mercury outboard engine valued at $3,500 was stolen Monday from a 20-foot Chris Craft boat stored on a fenced lot in the 800 block of North Point Road.

Southwestern District

Stolen vehicle: A red 1987 Oldsmobile with tags KDD 482 was stolen Monday in the 600 block of N. Longwood St.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Theft/arrest: Moments after two bicycles were stolen from a garage in the 300 block of Worthington Road, police spotted a man walking bikes along a street. Arrested and charged with theft was a 44-year-old East Baltimore resident.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 9000 block of Saracen Drive through the front door Tuesday and stole a laptop computer, video games, watches and jewelry from two bedrooms.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Police were seeking two men who entered a house under construction in the 9600 block of Amberleigh Lane yesterday and stole appliances valued at $2,500. The men were seen driving away in a Ford pickup truck -- its rear tag covered with duct tape.

Stolen vehicle: A white 1995 Honda Accord with tags HHZ 975 was stolen yesterday in the 4600 block of E. Joppa Road.-
