Baltimore City

Northern District

Officer assaulted/arrest: About 8 p.m. Wednesday, Officer Rodney Mobley was in a drug-free zone in the 2700 block of Greenmount Ave. and about to search a loitering man for narcotics when a struggle ensued. As the two men fell to the ground, the man bit Mobley on an arm. Arrested and charged with assaulting an officer was Andre Davis, 30, of the 3700 block of Yolando Road. No narcotics were found on Davis.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Stereo equipment valued at $200 was stolen yesterday from a house in the 300 block of Furrow St.

Southern District

Theft: A 33-foot-long trailer valued at $8,500, with Maine tag 0766593, was stolen Wednesday from Atlantic Trailer Sales & Service in the 600 block of W. Patapsco Ave.

Eastern District

Burglary: Tools valued at $450 were stolen Wednesday from a house under renovation in the 1000 block of N. Broadway.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A man, 47, was robbed of $10 about 9 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of S. Ponca St. by another man who threatened him with bodily injury.

Robbery: A 32-year-old man opened the door of his home in the 1400 block of Angelsea St. on Wednesday night to a woman knocking, when two men, one with a handgun, forced their way in and robbed him of $1,500 and a cellular phone.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Jewelry valued at $4,000 was stolen from a house in the 8800 block of Ashford Road between Saturday and Wednesday.

Towson Precinct

Stolen vehicle: A purple 1995 Chevrolet Beretta with tags FZS 568 was stolen Wednesday in the 6900 block of Donachie Road.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Two DVDs, a bottle of vodka and $100 were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 20800 block of Old York Road.
