On March 22, 2003, CATHERINE T. JANOCHA, age 90, died at the Westminster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born September 28, 1912, in Baltimore. She was a member of St. Bartholomews Catholic Church and the Polish Alliance. She loved to cook and was especially known for the soups she made. She also liked to sew and crochet; beloved daughter of the late Veronica and Jim Tryczinski; beloved wife of the late Andrew Janocha, Sr.; devoted mother of Andrew Janocha Jr. and wife Sandra of Westminster; sister of Marie and Margaret of Baltimore, and Genevieve of Hampstead; grandchildren Lisa Sellers, David, Lance, Gregory and Andrew Janocha III. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by daughter Kathleen Hamilton and siblings Martha, Benedict, Florian and Frank. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11 A.M. at the Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, P.A., 412 Washington Road, Westminster. Officiating will be Fr. Martin Feild. Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M.
