Aggravated assault: Police were seeking several males in the assault Saturday of a 20-year-old woman in the 2100 block of Hollins St. The woman was walking down the street about 10 p.m. when the males tried to engage her in conversation, then one of them struck her in the head with a metal bicycle rim. The group fled, and the woman was released after treatment for a cut at St. Agnes HealthCare.
Stolen vehicle: A white 1991 Chrysler New Yorker with tags FD 01294 was stolen yesterday in the 700 block of Hunting Place.
Burglary: Two purses, a Bible and $20 were stolen yesterday from a house in the 2100 block of Hollins St. by someone who entered through a kitchen window.
Robbery: A man, 50, was stopped at a traffic light in the 2700 block of Waterview Ave. about 6 p.m. Saturday when a gunman robbed him of his wallet containing a $70 paycheck.
Burglary: Power tools valued at $2,540 were stolen during the weekend from a combination shed and workshop in the 4000 block of Third St. in Brooklyn.
Stolen vehicle: A red 1990 Ford van with handicap tags 27293 was stolen Saturday in the first block of S. Arlington Ave.
Stolen vehicle: A 1993 Chevrolet Cavalier with tags LAL 104 was stolen during the weekend in the 3500 block of Juneway.
Stolen vehicle: A 1991 Dodge van with tags M929523 was stolen Saturday in the 2900 block of Grindon Ave.
Theft from vehicle: A television, 35 compact discs, a compact disc changer, amplifier and stereo headset -- all valued at more than $3,000 -- were stolen Saturday from a 2001 Chevrolet in the 2100 block of Fleet St.
Stolen vehicle: Police were seeking a gold-colored 2000 Dodge Intrepid with New York tags ATP 6641 that was stolen Saturday in the 1400 block of Anglesea St.
Theft from vehicle: A coat, book bag and radio were stolen Saturday from a 2001 Ford Escort in the first block of S. Front St.
Burglary: Someone broke into a house in the first block of Dunnett Court on Saturday and stole a DVD player and video games -- all valued at $500.
