FRANK EDWARD ROSCOE, SR., 85, passed away on February 25, 2003, at the St. Elizabeth Nursing and Rehabilitation Center; devoted husband of Julia Rosco (nee Kulczycka), of 60 years; beloved father of Susan Kaniefski and her husband Robert, and Frank, Jr.; loving grandfather of Jennifer, Jonathan and Jeffrey; dear brother of Eva Downing. Also survived by many friends and family. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the GARY L. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, on Monday, March 3, at 10 A.M. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
