On February 23, 2003, CLEMENT D. HEMLER; beloved husband of Mary L. (nee Long); devoted father of James R. and his wife Patricia, Mary Hemler Sloane, Catherine T. Emig and her husband Michael, Margaret A. Vigerstad and her husband Torgny, Martin E. and his wife Patricia, Robert F. and his wife Patricia, and Helen R. Bennett and her husband Richard, Jane F. Blonder and her husband William, John C. and his wife Wendy. Also survived by 20 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the family owned Leonard J. Ruck, Inc. Funeral Home, 5305 Harford Road (at Echodale), on Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Mr. Hemler will lie in-state at the Oak Crest Chapel on Wednesday from 11 A.M. to 12 Noon, when the Funeral Mass will be celebrated. Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
