On February 19, 2003 KATIE MOORE beloved mother of Karl and James Anderson; devoted sister of Raymond Moye; loving grandmother of Karl Jr., Kelli and Brittany. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends. On Tuesday Mrs. Moore will lie in state at the Stella Maris Nursing Home Chapel, 2300 Dulaney Valley Rd., where the family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:00 A.M. with services to follow.
