On February 16, 2003, JOHN ALEXANDER SMITH, beloved husband of the late Jean B. Smith, devoted father of John A. Smith Jr., Frederick D. Smith, Sam L. Smith, Dolores E. Smith, Jacquelyn Heilbron and Barbara J. Dickerson, loving brother of Sally Layne, adored grandfather of nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Also survived by a host of friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, February 27 at 1 P.M. at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery.
