A 24-year-old Cherry Hill man was shot and killed early yesterday near West Pratt and Monroe streets in West Baltimore, police say.

Shortly after 1 a.m., police say, a gunman approached Ricky Allen Waters, whose exact address was not given. An altercation ensued, and Waters was shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
