On February 13, 2003, ROY ELDRIDGE WHITE, life-long resident of Hamilton, Md, and long time barber in Towson and Highlandtown; loving son of Pearl Miller; dear brother of Richard Allen, Catherine Allen, Paula Brown and Diane Murry.
